This agreement is between PizzaCrazy.com and you (as a person) and also the business you represent.

1. You agree that pizzacrazy.com and its representatives will not be hold liable for any damages your web postings may result now and in the future in regard to your businesses, your clients, their clients or people, money and property in general. If any undesirable situation occurs we will do our best to help you resolve it as fast as possible, however you and or your business is solely responsible for any consequences as a result of your personal or business direct and indirect web postings and advertising.

2. "Your web posting" from the above paragraph means any information posted using your account. Safekeeping of your account name and password is your responsibility not to be treated lightly.

3. You agree that you will not post any false or copyright protected information and photos on our web site. You also agree that you will never post any sexual and other offending pictures, text, materials etc. on our web site

4. In the unlikely event of your account being involved in any of the above you will be personally liable for the recovery of all the damages resulted to us or other people or businesses including but not limited to legal expenses and all other cost. In such a case the laws of state of Washington prevail. We do not guarantee service in the case of acts of god or malicios hacking against our servers. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without any prior notice if we deem that necessary.

5. Selecting "Yes I Agree" and your age bellow will act as your legal electronic signature for this agreement. That and other information from your computer will be loged in our database for future reference.
